We dream of:

A church where every member, from nursery to adult, is adequately and age-appropriately equipped, and is actively involved in introducing people to Jesus Christ.

A church which is spiritually empowered, specifically structured, and strategically active in developing disciples who are spiritually mature, actively involved, totally invested, and intentionally multiplying the ministry of Christ in the world.

A church where the heart of true worship continually exists, and where people experience, expect, and encounter the awesomeness of God on a regular basis.

A church that impacts community life on both a local and global level, through personal involvement and compassionate service, reflecting the glorious light of Christ in the world.

A church that is on the cutting edge of ministry to the culture by utilizing and training people in the arts, technology, as well as the spoken and written word in order to effectively communicate the life-changing message of the gospel of Christ always submitting ourselves to the careful guidance of the Holy Spirit.

A church in which every member has a ministry, and is well trained and well led in the utilization of their gifts.

A network of geographically placed small groups which provide intense biblical study, stimulates spiritual formation, engages in personal encouragement, support, nurturing, growth, relationship building and spiritual accountability. These groups must be led by leaders who are both called and trained, who will lovingly shepherd, teach and care for those in their charge.

A Small Group ministry philosophy to exist at every level (Nursery, Sunday School, Teens, Adults) where community is built at an early age and becomes the normal life of the body. We will strive for 100% involvement in which every regular attender is involved in a small group.

The development of Fayette Institute of Theology (F.I.T.) through which members are exposed to higher levels of learning in a balanced sequence of courses (Bible classes, seminars, workshops, etc.) which will equip them for a deeper walk with Christ and result in confidence to accept greater ministry responsibilities and challenges.

An ever-widening pool of gifted men and women teachers and mentors who are masters of the Scriptures, apologetics, doctrinal issues, and the spiritual disciplines who will be available to minister, counsel, and mentor on both an individual and group level.

Evangelism as the undergirding for everything that we do.

Extension ministries in which new churches are designed and planted to reach the unchurched, the unconvinced, and the uncommitted for Jesus Christ.
